1. Returns Overview
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items, subject to the conditions below.
2. Return Window & Conditions
- Return window: Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- Item condition: Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging with all tags included.
- Return shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
3. Non-Defective Item Returns
Returns for non-defective items are accepted if the item is unused, unopened, and in resalable condition.
The following items are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Plushies
- Photocards
- Collectible or limited-edition items
- Preorder items
4. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or significantly different from its online description,
please contact us within 7 days of delivery at
info@kk-fans.com.
We may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.
Minor packaging wrinkles, dents, or shipping-related creases are not considered product defects.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days,
depending on your payment provider.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.
