Return requests must be submitted within 60 days of confirmed delivery.

  • Include all original tags, inserts, and accessories
  • Be in resalable condition

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these criteria.


3. Return Shipping & Fees

Returns must be mailed to our designated return address, which will be provided after return approval.

Unless the item is confirmed defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Approved returns for non-defective items are subject to a 5% restocking fee, calculated based on the product price.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
