By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

  • The information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

2. Products and Availability

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes. Packaging, minor design details, or included components may vary depending on manufacturer updates or release batches.

Certain items, including limited releases or pre-order products, are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for that item, including any shipping charges and taxes that must be refunded.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
  • Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Apple Pay, and major credit and debit card networks.
  • By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

KK Fans Inc. does not store full payment card details on its servers.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders may be fulfilled from different inventory locations depending on stock availability.

Delivery times may vary based on destination, customs processing, and carrier conditions. Carrier and customs delays may be outside our control, but this does not limit mandatory consumer rights. If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and offer the option to agree to a revised shipping timeframe or cancel for a refund, as required by applicable law.

5. Returns, Refunds & Preorder Cancellations

Our Refund & Return Policy sets out the detailed eligibility rules, exclusions, fees, and refund process. Eligible non-preorder items may be returned in accordance with that policy; these Terms do not exclude those eligible returns.

Orders cannot normally be cancelled, modified, or combined once placed. Preorder purchases are final sale for change-of-mind or other personal reasons because we arrange supplier procurement and commit funds based on customer orders.

For exceptional personal circumstances, KK Fans may approve a discretionary preorder cancellation. Approval is not guaranteed. An approved exception is handled only as KK Points with a USD shopping redemption value equal to the approved credit amount, not a refund to the original payment method. Before processing, we will confirm the amount, points quantity, and applicable restrictions in writing and obtain the customerโ€™s agreement. See Section 7 of the Refund & Return Policy and the KK Points terms.

Unavailable items, verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items, confirmed package loss before delivery, and shipping delays that give rise to refund rights are handled under the applicable refund and shipping policies and applicable law. The KK Points-only exception applies solely to discretionary cancellations for personal reasons and does not replace any legally required monetary refund.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or removes rights that applied when an existing order was placed.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content created by KK Fans Inc., including text, images, graphics, and design elements, is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

All third-party trademarks, brand names, and logos remain the property of their respective owners. References to third-party brands do not imply affiliation or endorsement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KK Fans Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or products purchased through it.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Mobile Messaging (SMS and WhatsApp)

By opting in to SMS or WhatsApp messages from KK Fans Inc., you agree to receive recurring transactional and/or marketing messages in the channel or channels you expressly selected. Messages may include order updates, shipping notifications, cart reminders, product releases, restocks, offers, and coupons.

SMS consent and WhatsApp consent are separate. Opting in to one channel does not automatically opt you in to the other unless a form clearly requests consent to both.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP in the applicable channel to unsubscribe and HELP for assistance.

Mobile messaging services may be provided through Klaviyo and Meta/WhatsApp and are also subject to applicable provider terms and privacy practices.
