Welcome to KK Points, the rewards program for KK Fans customers. You can earn KK Points when you shop with us and redeem them for discounts on future orders.

How to Earn KK Points

1. You can earn KK Points by creating an account and placing orders at KK Fans.

Earning rate:

$1 spent = 1 KK Point

For example:

Spend $25 → Earn 25 KK Points

Please make sure you are logged into your KK Fans account when placing your order. KK Points are connected to your customer account and may not be available for guest checkout orders.

2.Share & Earn 500 Bonus KK Points 🎉

Share your unboxing, haul, review, or photos/videos featuring your KK Fans order on social media and tag @kkfans.shop.

Then send us a screenshot of your post through our customer support.

Reward:
Every eligible order earns 500 KK Points.

Requirements:

  • Must tag @kkfans.shop
  • One reward per order
  • The post must remain public when submitted for verification

When Will I Receive My KK Points?

Shopping rewards are normally added after your order is completed. Approved cancellation credits described below are issued separately.

Pending, unpaid, cancelled, failed, or refunded orders will not earn KK Points.

For preorder items, points may be added after the order is processed or completed, depending on the order status. If your order includes preorder items, please allow extra time for your points to appear.

How to Redeem KK Points

You can redeem your KK Points for a discount during checkout.

Redemption rate:

100 KK Points = $2 off

For example:

100 KK Points = $2 off

When you are ready to check out, log into your account and apply your available KK Points at checkout.

KK Points for Approved Preorder Cancellations

Preorder purchases are final sale for change-of-mind or other personal reasons because KK Fans arranges supplier procurement based on customer orders. For exceptional personal circumstances, we may approve a discretionary cancellation under Section 7 of our Refund & Return Policy. Approval is not guaranteed.

An approved exception is handled only as KK Points with a USD shopping redemption value equal to the approved credit amount, not a refund to the original payment method. We will confirm the approved USD amount, the corresponding number of KK Points, and applicable redemption restrictions in writing and obtain your agreement before processing. A KK Fans account is required to receive and use the points.

The credit is calculated using the redemption rate, not the shopping rewards earning rate. At the redemption rate listed above, 100 KK Points = $2 off, so an approved $50 credit equals 2,500 KK Points. The approved amount is based on the amount actually paid after discounts; any shipping charges and taxes will be addressed in the written offer in accordance with applicable law.

These points can be used toward eligible future purchases at KK Fans and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account. The restrictions below apply and will be disclosed with the offer. Cancellation credits are separate from rewards earned on the cancelled purchase. The KK Points-only exception applies solely to discretionary cancellations for personal reasons and does not replace a monetary refund required by applicable law. This update does not remove rights that applied when an existing order was placed.

Where Can I See My KK Points?

You can check your KK Points balance in your KK Fans account.

Go to:

There, you can view your current point balance and your points history.

Important Notes

KK Points provide shopping discounts or approved store credit. They have a shopping redemption value but are not cash.

KK Points cannot be exchanged for cash.

KK Points cannot be transferred to another account.

KK Points may not be applied to certain promotions, special campaigns, giveaway items, clearance items, or selected products.

If an order is cancelled, refunded, or partially refunded, shopping rewards earned from that order may be removed or adjusted. This is separate from any KK Points issued as an agreed cancellation credit and does not remove that agreed credit.

If you forget to log in before placing an order, points may not be automatically added to your account.

KK Fans reserves the right to update or adjust the KK Points program rules at any time.

Can I earn KK Points on preorder items?

Yes, preorder items can earn KK Points. However, points may only be added after the order is processed or completed.

Can I use KK Points with coupon codes?

KK Points may not be combined with certain coupon codes, special promotions, clearance items, giveaway items, or selected preorder campaigns.

What happens if I cancel or refund my order?

Shopping rewards earned from a cancelled or refunded purchase may be removed or adjusted. Any KK Points issued as an agreed discretionary preorder cancellation credit are separate from those earned rewards; cancellation of the purchase does not remove the agreed credit. Can I transfer my KK Points to another account?

No. KK Points cannot be transferred between accounts.

Do KK Points expire?

At this time, KK Points do not have a set expiration date. If this changes in the future, we will update this page.
