Four levels, one community

Meet your membership levels

Your level is based on lifetime eligible merchandise spending in USD, after discounts and refunds. There is no annual reset of qualifying spending.

Your account shows progress percentages without displaying your historical spending. To claim member coupons or gifts, you also need an eligible purchase in the past 12 months and order details that have cleared review.

How member coupons work

1. Sign in and open Membership → My rewards.
2. Claim one coupon during January–June and one during July–December. Previous periods are not backfilled.
3. Copy the code into the coupon box in your cart or at checkout. Each coupon expires 60 days after it is claimed and can be used once.

• USD checkout only. Sign in to the account that claimed the coupon and use your account email or saved billing email.
• The minimum is calculated from eligible full-price merchandise. Sale items, payment/shipping forms, shipping and taxes do not count toward the minimum and are not discounted by the member coupon.
• Coupons belong to your account and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
• If you upgrade, refresh your unused current-period coupon in My rewards. Its amount and minimum update to the new level, using the same code and original expiry. Used, expired or revoked coupons are not replaced.

A little thank-you

Anniversary & birthday gifts

One gift per member per calendar year. Birthday and anniversary gifts share one entitlement. Upgrading from VIP to SVIP does not create a second gift.

Gift requests are not currently open. My rewards will show when requests become available.

Gift contents, availability and delivery arrangements will be announced before the relevant claim window; no specific item or delivery date is promised on this page.

1. Confirm your current shipping address in My Account.
2. When eligible and the claim window is open, confirm that address and submit your request in My rewards.
3. Our team reviews your request before dispatch. Follow the status and tracking reference in your account.

We only need the month and day of your birthday, not your birth year. Birthday preferences are locked after that year’s gift request. Contact us if you need help correcting a submitted address or preference.

Membership, KK Points & artist badges

Your existing KK Points balance remains separate from your membership level. Points earning follows the existing KK Points rules; points cannot be redeemed on an order that uses a member coupon.

Artist badges are digital milestones, with no additional coupons or gifts. Your chosen favorites are separate from artists or members associated with your purchases. Saving a favorite, birthday or benefit request does not subscribe you to email or SMS.
